WE ARE LOOKING FOR Senior Manager / Manager - Deposits We are looking for energetic & devoted professionals to hold the following positions at SMB Finance PLC. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic individual who will immensely contribute to the growth of the deposit portfolio of the company. Job Profile: Lead and motivate deposit mobilisation teams to achieve agreed targets. Develop and implement strategies to grow the Company's deposit portfolio. Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing depositors. Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in deposit mobilisation within a finance company, with experience at managerial level. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
