Senior Telesales Executive - Real Estate The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, a proven ability to achieve targets, and the confidence to support junior team members. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients. Understand client requirements, budgets, and property preferences. Present suitable apartments and property opportunities. Qualify leads and identify genuine sales prospects. Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Convert potential leads into confirmed appointments and property viewings. Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities. Update client information, call records, and lead status in Zoho CRM. Monitor calling performance and achieve assigned targets. Guide and support junior Telesales Executives. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and other departments to improve lead conversion. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Operations, or a similar role. Proven ability to achieve calling and appointment-setting targets. Excellent spoken and written English. Sinhala and Tamil will be an advantage. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Confidence in handling objections and converting leads. Good organisational and follow-up skills. Experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM knowledge is an advantage. Ability to guide and support junior team members. A proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
