Social Media Executive Social Media Management Manage Koko's day-to-day presence across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other active channels, maintaining brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity. Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, merchant activity, and key dates and moments throughout the year. Optimise publishing times using platform audience insights, continuously refining based on performance data rather than fixed schedules. Monitor trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep Koko's content relevant and competitive. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly in an on-brand tone, fostering community engagement across all channels. Content Creation Produce compelling written copy and creative direction for social media posts, stories, reels, and short-form video across all platforms. Collaborate with the design team to brief and deliver visually strong assets that are true to the Koko brand. Develop platform-native content and adapt creative accordingly — what works on TikTok is different from what works on LinkedIn. Contribute original ideas for campaigns, always-on content, and merchant-led activations. KOL & Influencer Management Source, shortlist, and manage KOL and influencer collaborations from brief to delivery. Maintain and update the influencer contact database, ensuring it remains an accurate and useful reference for campaigns and ad hoc requirements. Coordinate outreach, briefing, content review, and follow-up across the collaboration lifecycle. Work with the Marketing Associate to ensure influencers are vendor-registered ahead of any engagement requiring payment. Job Requirements 2–4 years running social for a brand or agency, hands-on across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. A strong writer with a feel for platform-native content (TikTok ≠ LinkedIn). Experience managing influencer collaborations end to end. Comfort reading analytics and optimising based on performance, not habit.
