Consequent to expanding market opportunities, we require a dynamic and dedicated individual for the post of Stores Executive at our Meepe Factory. WHAT YOU'LL MAKE HAPPEN Manage day-to-day stores and warehouse operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, storing, and recording of materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stocks with system records. Ensure proper identification, storage, preservation, and handling of materials. Coordinate with procurement, production, and other relevant departments regarding material requirements. Maintain accurate records of goods received notes, material issues, stock movements, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, ethical practices, and stores procedures. YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU Are an energetic and hard-working young person. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in stores, warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field. Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and stock control. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
