Store Keeper | Yakkala KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle day-to-day store operations and ensure the proper movement of inventory. Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming goods. Properly store and arrange items according to store procedures. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory records regularly. Issue goods to relevant departments based on approved requistions. Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant officers when replenishment is required. Conduct regular physical stock counts and report any discrepancies. Check expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of stock. Maintain proper identification and labelling of stored items. Minimize stock damage, losses, and wastage through proper storage practices. Maintain relevant store documents, records, and reports. Keep the store clean, organized, and secure. Support the Store Executive and management with inventory-related activities. REQUIREMENTS G.C.E. A/L and diploma in Supply Chain, stores management, administration or related field. 2-3 years of previous experience in a store, warehouse, inventory or similar environment. Good knowledge of store and inventory management procedures. Should have good working knowledge of ERP system, Microsoft Excel and MS Office Package.
