Supply Chain Operations Manager Lead Sri Lanka's Supply Chain operation team to manage business's pricing, profitability and marketing & campaigns Own the business profitability with proper governance & SOPs set-up, performance tracking through management reporting and working with cross-functional teams for reconcila Work closely with Business function for price & promotion planning and work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of marketing & campaigns Work closely with relevant business operators to execute channel page, promotion & pricing submissions with high operational excellence. Act as the key point of contact between Regional Channel teams, stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing and cross-functional teams including Product & Tech. Own the business performance & KPI and provide insights, updates, and feedback to the regional team. Job Requirements 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, platform operations, or commercial roles. 1-2 years experience of leading a team. Proven ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive executions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Basic analytical and reporting skills.
