Technical Officer - Hotel Construction | Seeduwa We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Officer to join our team for an ongoing Hotel Construction Project in Seeduwa. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising daily site activities. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and maintain accurate records and reports. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and labor teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures. Support the Project Manager in all technical and site-related matters. REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building construction, preferably in hotel projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site operations. Proficiency in reading drawings and technical documents. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
