Tender Business Manager / Tender Executive | Colombo We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Tender Business Manager / Tender Executive to take responsibility for developing and managing our Government & Corporate Tender Business. Key Responsibilities Identify and monitor relevant government & corporate tender opportunities Review tender documents, eligibility requirements and specifications Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, quotations and supporting documents Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to obtain competitive pricing Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete and submitted within deadlines Manage tender-related correspondence and clarifications Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records Develop relationships with government institutions, suppliers and business partners Identify new business opportunities and help grow the tender division Monitor tender results and continuously improve our bidding strategy Requirements Previous experience in government tendering / procurement/ business development Good understanding of Sri Lankan government tender procedures Strong documentation and coordination skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office / Excel Existing experience and contacts within the tender/ procurement sector will be an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to lead and develop a growing tender business Professional and entrepreneurial working environment Attractive incentives based on successful business development Location: Colombo / Western Province PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
