Provide service related information & solutions for customers. Basic Qualifications & Details G.C.E. O/L passed with "C" pass for Mathematics & "C" for English. Excellent Communication skill in Sinhala, English, or Tamil. Shift time roster basis. Age between 18 and 30 years. Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
