Digital Online Trading Lanka Pvt LtdFull - Stack Automation & IT Lead We are looking for a smart, reliable, and technically strong Full-Stack Automation & IT Lead to join our fast- growing e-commerce operation. You will become the technical backbone of our operations, driving automation, dashboards, inventory tools, and process improvements across operations. The role offers clear growth into a senior technical leadership position as we scale. Key Responsibilities Automation & Operational Systems Build and maintain automated systems for shipping-label printing integrated with SKU barcodes and order data. Develop a live pick-list engine pulling orders from multiple storefronts (API-based or automated login). Create Python scripts and automation tools to simplify warehouse tasks, order processing, and QC workflows. Dashboards & Data Management Build and maintain dashboards for: Live order flow SKU-level movement Inventory visibility Catalogue syncing Digital marketing business intelligence Integrate data across GSheets, databases, and automation pipelines. Technical Ownership Act as the primary technical owner for internal systems. Resolve operational issues involving scripts, data flows, and integrations. Maintain clean data structures, naming conventions, and process flows across warehouse. Future Projects Lead development of our own product website (Shopify or custom). Build catalogue-sync tools across platforms (Daraz, PickMe, UberEats, Shopify, etc.). Gradually expand Scale our internal tech architecture as order volume grows. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Python (scripting, automation, APIs). Solid understanding of full-stack development (frontend + backend). Experience with Google Sheets or App Script automation. Ability to handle large datasets (CSV/Excel with thousands of rows). Ability to design clean dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker, PowerBI, or custom dashboard). Good understanding of operational workflows: pick-pack-ship, inventory, stock movement. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus points) Experience building internal automation tools for e-commerce / operations. Familiarity with Google Cloud / Firebase or similar lightweight cloud databases. Basic understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite). Experience with API integrations (Shopify, Daraz, logistics platforms). Experience building dashboards (Looker Studio, PowerBI, custom dashboards). Knowledge of barcode systems, Zebra printers, or warehouse scanning flows. Experience with browser automation (Selenium, Playwright, etc.). Experience with Python task schedulers / cron jobs / background workers.
