Assistant Mechanical Engineer | Horana Plant We are seeking a proactive and technically competent individual to join our engineering team at the Horana Plant. The ideal candidate will assist in managing mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting plant machinery, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Core Competencies Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in: Machinery Maintenance (Preventive, breakdown, and routine servicing of plant machinery). Compressed Air Systems (Operation and maintenance of industrial compressors and air lines). Hydraulic Systems (Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic machinery and components). LPG Gas Systems (Familiarity with industrial LPG networks, burners, or gas systems is an added advantage). Requirements: NDT (National Diploma in Technology) or an equivalent technical diploma below degree level (e.g., NDES, HNDE, or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing plant.
