Assistant Territory Manager | Rathnapura JOB ROLE Increase revenue and product penetration through retail channels by executing effective sales campaigns. Improve retail brand visibility and use updated marketing materials available in the allocated territory, at all customer points and distribution points. Monitor and manage partners, sub-dealers, distributors and channel partners effectively. Use new processes/technologies to understand the market trends and behaviors of purchasers. Develop and increase relationships in the allocated territory by understanding marker behaviors. Achieve excellent customer experience and higher cross-sell and up-sell revenues by managing and developing touchpoints. REQUIREMENTS Degree or diploma in general management / marketing would be an added advantage. Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail/FMCG is required, with prior experience in a similar role at a regional level, preferably in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Should have sound knowledge in computer literate and new technological sales process- SFA/APPS/WEB. Should possess strong skills in customer engagement, negotiation, team building and selling. Excellent communication skills in English/ Sinhala and Tamil being an added advantage.
