KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor factory compliance with labour, safety, environmental and customer requirements. Coordinate internal, customer and third-party audits. Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and records. Follow up on audit findings and corrective action plans (CAPA). Conduct workplace compliance and safety inspections. Coordinate compliance-related training and awareness programs. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma/Degree in Law, Compliance or related field (Professional qualifications in Sustainability/ Security/OHS) 2-3 years' experience in apparel/ factory compliance preferred. Good knowledge of labour, social and safety compliance. Good communication, documentation and MS Office skills.
