Key Account Manager - Electronics Manage a portfolio of key electronics accounts, ensuring consistent sales performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute account plans that align with customer objectives and company revenue targets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makers at retail, distribution, and e-commerce partners. Identify business opportunities for new product listings, range expansion, promotional campaigns, and market share growth. Coordinate with category, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability, timely launches, and smooth order fulfillment. Negotiate pricing, trade terms, promotional support, and annual agreements within approved guidelines. Track sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends; prepare regular reports and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders. Resolve customer issues and queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information. Support senior leadership in strategic account initiatives and new business development activities. Job Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is an added advantage. 2-3 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, trade marketing, or business development within electronics, consumer durables, telecom, or related retail industries. Familiarity with electronics product categories, market dynamics, and channel structures including retail, distribution, and e-commerce. Good understanding of sales planning, promotional execution, and trade marketing fundamentals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade events, and market visits as required.
