Lawyer An international accounts receivable company is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at trade dispute resolution , managing cross-border matters and building strong relationships with clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, legal partners, and business forum associations, ensuring communication and coordination. Lead and negotiate settlement agreements with foreign buyers Manage and oversee legal proceedings initiated in foreign jurisdictions, working with local counsel as needed. Collaborate with insurers and export credit agencies to support credit management strategies and risk mitigation. Candidate Profile: Must hold an Attorney at Law qualification (active license or equivalent required). Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus. Strong analytical mindset with proven negotiation and communication skills.
