Manager - Digital Media Marketing & AI Transformation | Hybrid WinSpeed - Singapore is seeking a Manager – Digital Media Marketing & AI Transformation to lead the company's digital marketing initiatives while driving the practical adoption of AI and automation across the business. This is a hybrid business role combining digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, AI adoption, Microsoft 365 Copilot, workflow improvement and automation.The role should be strongly hands-on and results-oriented. Key Responsibilities A. Digital Media & Marketing Develop and manage WinSpeed's overall digital marketing strategy. Manage social media presence across suitable platforms including: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Plan and maintain a structured monthly content calendar. Create and coordinate: Vehicle advertisements Vehicle walkaround videos Export-related content Promotional campaigns Vehicle repaair vidios Workshop/service-related content where applicable Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta advertising. Improve website content, landing pages and customer conversion paths. Monitor enquiries generated through Google, website, WhatsApp and social media. Prepare simple monthly marketing performance reports for management. AI Transformation & Microsoft 365 Copilot The Manager will lead WinSpeed's practical adoption of AI across business operations. Responsibilities include: Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across relevant WinSpeed functions. Help employees use Copilot effectively with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Identify repetitive manual processes that can potentially be simplified or automated. Develop reusable prompts, templates and standard AI-assisted workflows. Identify appropriate opportunities for Power Automate and Copilot Studio. Help organise SharePoint and OneDrive information so employees can work with company information effectively. Business Process Transformation The Manager should actively study how work is currently being performed and identify opportunities for improvement. Priority areas could include: Vehicle Sales & Export Customer enquiries Vehicle information Quotations Export documentation Purchase agreements Shipping/document preparation Customer follow-up Workshop / Automotive Operations Customer enquiry handling Repair quotations Customer communication Service reminders Marketing of workshop services HR Employee documentation Training records Leave and administrative workflows Candidate Requirements Essential Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation or related areas. Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and digital advertising. Comfortable working with AI tools. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Ability to understand a business process and recommend practical improvements. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create professional digital content.
