Outlet Manager General Minimum Requirements: Age between 18-45 years. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry. At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (café, restaurant, or quick-service outlet). Hands-on knowledge of café operations (coffee preparation, food handling, service standards, POS systems, inventory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for teamwork.
