Purchasing Executive

WE ARE HIRING! Purchasing Executive Responsibilities Place purchase orders based on production schedules and seasonal demand. Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms. Ensure incoming ingredients meet required quality and food safety standards. Track deliveries and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies. Maintain accurate purchasing records and coordinate with relevant departments. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field. 3-4 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in F&B, bakery, or hospitality. Knowledge of food supply chains and perishable goods is an added advantage. Understanding of food safety standards and certifications is an advantage.
