Seller Performance & Engagement Executive

Seller Performance & Engagement Executive Monitor seller performance metrics including order fulfillment, on-time shipping, cancellation rates, product quality, and customer reviews. Identify underperforming sellers and support outreach efforts to help them improve platform compliance and operational performance. Assist in designing and executing seller engagement programs, campaigns, and incentive initiatives. Communicate performance updates, policy reminders, and best practices to sellers through email, calls, or online sessions. Support the preparation of performance reports, dashboards, and seller scorecards. Help coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops aimed at improving seller capabilities. Work with marketplace operations, category management, and seller support teams to resolve seller issues and escalations. Track the effectiveness of engagement and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of seller communications, performance actions, and engagement activities. Stay updated on platform policies, seller guidelines, and industry best practices. Job Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Less than 1 year of professional experience in seller operations, customer success, data analysis, or e-commerce support roles. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, seller operations, and performance metrics. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and common reporting tools. Comfortable using dashboards, CRM systems, and seller center platforms. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
