Service Manager Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or HND required Professional qualifications in Fire & Security Systems an advantage Minimum 3 years' experience in fire & security industry (service, maintenance & customer support) Experience managing service engineers/technicians Proven ability in preventive maintenance planning & service contract handling Hands-on experience with fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion & PA systems Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, commissioning & maintenance Experience in customer relationship management & complaint resolution Skills & Requirements Strong technical knowledge of fire & electronic security systems Leadership & team supervision skills Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities Good communication & interpersonal skills Ability to prepare reports, quotations & maintenance schedules Knowledge of health & safety regulations Computer literate (MS Office & service management tools) Willing to travel island-wide Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects PLEASE CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON TO SEND YOUR CV VIA XPRESSJOBS
