Technical Officer | Watawala A Technical officer (Civil) is required for site at Watawala for BOUTIQUE HOTEL PROJECT. The ideal candidate should be a team player, highly organized, have positive Interpersonal and excellent communication skills, willingness to work extended hours, when necessary, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget. Basic Qualifications NDT , HNDE, NVQ5 Proven working experience in construction related to building construction (Minimum 2 to 5Years). Engaged in construction projects of over 150 to 500 million. Ability to organize and arrange site works and adopt quality control and assurance of all site Works and building finishes. All the work related to quality control and quality assurance shall be handled. Coordinate with the contractor, construction supervision, etc. The technical officer also responsible for all the construction work such as construction supervision, monitoring, controlling, and coordinating with materials suppliers for materials supplied by the client, site measurement and, handling all the documentation relevant to the project execution, etc., and completion of the project within the scheduled time and budget.
