Job Profile Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services required for the company's operations. Learn to negotiate with suppliers, review purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery. Learn about import/export regulations and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. Support compliance with trade laws and company policies. Assist in managing stock levels, tracking inventory, and ensuring stock accuracy. Gain knowledge of the transportation and distribution process. Assist in the tracking of financial transactions related to commercial activities. Personal Profile A bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, commerce, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Basic knowledge of commercial and business processes. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word/Excel/ PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from superiors.
