Company) is launching one of the first ethical and professional hair extension ventures in Sri Lanka. To support the founder, we are looking for a proactive, reliable, and organized individual to act as the right hand of the founder - overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating local teams, and contributing to business development during this exciting international startup phase. Key Responsibilities Operations & Team Coordination Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the business Act as the main point of contact between the founder and the local team Support and coordinate the efforts of the on-site team Help on the process of recruitment and on-board local talent Scheduling & Communication Assist the founder with calendar and meeting coordination Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and technicians involved in production Translate and support communication between Sinhala and English speakers Business Support & Development Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage reports, dashboards, and internal documentation Play a key role in keeping the business structured and aligned day by day.
