Accounting and Finance with demonstrated teaching interests in Fintech, Accounting and Financial Analytics, and Sustainability and ESG Reporting. Supply Chain & Operations Management with demonstrated teaching interests in Operations System Design and Management, Business Process Improvement, Simulation, Decision Modelling & Analytics. Travel and Tourism Management with Demonstrated teaching expertise in Travel and Tourism, Service Quality Management in Tourism, Facilities Management, Event Management, and E-Commerce in Tourism. THE ROLE Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, design curriculum, and prepare course materials. Foster a collaborative learning environment through engaging & interactive classroom activities. Work closely with the department head to create Industry learning opportunities and exposure for students. Introduce and suggest innovative learning techniques to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's Degree with Honours in the relevant field, with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) AND, Should have completed a postgraduate diploma level in a 2-year research-based master's degree in the relevant field WITH, A minimum of two (02) years of experience in one or more of the following: Teaching at University Level Professional experience Research in a recognized institution Work Location - SLTC Padukka Apply today and embark on a rewarding journey with us!
