Project Coordinator | Malabe Levlin Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a responsible and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of our ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with project teams, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, quotations, and related documentation. Monitor project progress, materials, and site requirements. Assist with site visits and coordinate with the relevant technical teams. Maintain proper project records and documentation. Support the Project Manager/Management in resolving project-related issues. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma or equivalent qualification in AutoCAD will be an advantage. Previous experience in project coordination, construction, civil engineering, or a related field will be an advantage. Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Preferred Candidate Candidates residing in Malabe or nearby areas are preferred. What We Offer Attractive remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
