Station Controller Grade III (Non-Technical)

Applications are invited from Sri Lankan citizens who possess the prescribed qualifications for the following vacancies existing in the Southern Province Road Passenger Transport Authority. Station Controller Grade III (Non-Technical) (MA 1-1) Vacancies - 10 Qualifications: Should have passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six (06) subjects with credit passes for four (04) subjects including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics in not more than two sittings. Should have passed at least three (03) subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination. (Except the Common General Test) Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of English Language Knowledge of Computer Application and holding professional educational qualifications regarding the same. Age: Should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age. Salary Scale : According to the Management Services Circular No. 01/2025 dated 2025.03.25, the salary scale entitled to the post is Rs. 46,220 10*540-7*630 - 4*890 - 20* 1100 - 83,390/= Other Allowances: Entitled to allowances and privileges approved by the Government for the post. Method of Recruitment: Recruitment will be made through a structured interview conducted by a board appointed by the Appointing Authority. General Conditions (For all posts) : Every applicant, Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka. Must possess excellent physical and mental fitness to perform the duties assigned to the post well and to serve in any area of the Southern Province. Must be of excellent character. The selected candidate should contribute to the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' Trust Fund (ETF) during the entire period of service under the Southern Province Road Passenger Transport Authority.
